* Residents of Hotel Style, A/C, private bath rooms will be moved to equivalent, onsite rooms on Saturday, 8/19, due to previous reservations.

** Persons sharing a prepaid cottage will receive a keycode after cottage payment is processed. It is the responsibility of the person paying for the cottage to provide the keycode to persons sharing the cottage. The keycode will be emailed to the person paying for the cottage after the payment has been processed.

*** The meal plan includes 3 meals/day beginning with dinner on 8/12 and ending with lunch on 8/20. The meal plan is required for all registrants. Banquet dinner on 8/19 costs extra.

**** A late fee of $50.00 was added for all adult players registering and paying after June 22nd. Youth players and non-players have been assessed a $25.00 late fee. Another late fee identical to the first was added after July 25th.
